The Associate Director- Animal Health division FP&A Global Marketing & Supply Chain supports two distinct operations within the Company's Animal Health value chain:

Global Supply Chain Organization Business Support:
  • Participates in Global Supply Chain meetings to facilitate understanding of performance drivers and key operational issues
  • Participates in projects to drive efficiency in our alignment of financial sales and demand planning volume
  • Manages the Global Supply Chain Organization's Budget and Forecasts including global distribution
  • Provides financial and economic evaluation support to aid appropriate siting decisions


Global Marketing Species Business Support :
  • Managing the species budget, actual results and forecasts
  • Coordinating the financial review of the annual 5-Year-Plan
  • Partnering with the cross-functional species team members to evaluate the overall health of flagship products and optimizing the overall species portfolio
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses related to life cycle management and product promotion


Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting


Required Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance/accounting role.
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate with finance and operations business partners
  • Clear and concise communication skills


Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Advanced degree/certification such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA
  • Working knowledge of economic principles and discounted cash flow modeling
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
