Job Title Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Manager (Mississauga, ON)
Job Description
A strategic supply chain role focused on turning customer insights into operational excellence. You'll lead supply chain-to-supply chain collaboration to improve product availability, reduce waste, and enhance service. As the primary contact for customer-facing operations, you'll drive initiatives that resolve disruptions and optimize performance.
Your role:
Lead end-to-end supply chain improvements by partnering with customers to enhance service, forecast accuracy, and compliance-while minimizing costs and waste.
Serve as the single point of contact for customer-facing supply chain operations, translating needs and pain points into actionable solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure supply readiness for promotions, launches, and transitions.
Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales acceleration, planning precision, and innovation success.
Track and improve KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory health, forecast accuracy, compliance) through targeted initiatives.
Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement using root cause analysis and value stream mapping.
You're the right fit if:
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
You have acquired 5+ years of experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution, with strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes. Including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to communicate performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Your skills include advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling), ERP or supply chain planning systems, and the ability to interpret large datasets and present insights to non-technical stakeholders and proven ability drive process improvements using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping.
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position is CAD $72,305.00 - CAD $113,622.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
